Trump Admin livas updates: Trump predicts ‘there will be others’ after Comey’s accusation

President Donald Trump announced new tariffs on a variety of products, even in some bathroom and kitchen furniture, pharmaceutical products and large trucks, in a series of publications in social networks on Thursday.
Trump said he will impose a 50% rate in all cabinets, bath dressers and other associated products from October 1.
“The reason for this is the large -scale ‘flood’ of these products in the United States for other external countries,” Trump said in the position. “It is a very unfair practice, but we must protect, for national security and other reasons, our manufacturing process.”

Trump also said he would impose a 30% rate in upholstered furniture.
In a separate publication, Trump said he would promulgate a 25% rate on all “heavy trucks (large!)” Made in other parts of the world. This is also ready to enter into force on October 1
Finally, Trump said he would impose a 100% tariff to any brand or patented pharmaceutical product unless the company is actively building its manufacturing plant in the United States.
It is not yet clear in which medications they will incur this new rate. The United States already has a Marco Commercial Agreement with the EU for a 15% rate on most goods, where many brand medications are manufactured.
