As the search for Travis Decker, the father accused of killing his three daughters, has almost reached the three -month mark, officials are revealing new disturbing details about the crime scene and the evidence that they say indicates that he is the only suspect.
Paityn Decker, 9; Evelyn Decker, 8; And Olivia Decker, 5, was found dead near the Rock Island camp in Chelas County, Washington, on June 2, after they left their home for a planned visit with their father on May 30, according to the police.
The judicial documents obtained by ABC News in June revealed that there were plastic bags on the heads of each girl and their dolls were tied with zipper, but a new press release from the officials on Monday provided new details about how the children were found.

Three young sisters in Washington, Olivia Decker, 5, Paityn Decker, 9 years old, and Evelyn Decker, 8 who had not been seen since they left home for a scheduled visit with their father, have been found dead, according to the Wenatchee Police Department.

“Two of the victims had two separate bags on their heads and the third victim had three separate bags on their head,” authorities said.
In addition to the plastic bags, “several cable ties were located on the ground in the immediate area of the bodies,” authorities said.
The authorities collected plastic bags and cable ties and presented the articles to the Washington State Crimes Laboratory for DNA analysis, authorities said.
On August 6, the crime laboratory reported that the “DNA profiles that coincide with Travis Decker were found in the plastic bags” and in cable ties, confirming the officials that he is the only suspect.
“The completion of this DNA analysis provides additional evidence indicating that Travis Decker is the only suspect involved in committing these homicides,” authorities said.
The DNA that coincides with the three daughters was also located in the plastic bags, authorities said. On June 9, an autopsy determined that the cause of the death of girls is suffocation, according to the Sheriff’s office.

The Chelat County Sheriff’s office published photos of Travis Decker in a sought poster.

In July, the authorities also said that the bloody footprints located on the back gate of the Decker vehicle, which was discovered near the bodies of the girls, also coincided with the father’s DNA profile.
The new announcement of the officials occurs a month after they said they were reducing search efforts to find Decker due to a “reduced footprint” and a “decrease in potential customers and advice.”
The Sheriff’s office confirmed on Monday that Decker’s whereabouts is still unknown and that “they have no evidence to suggest that Travis Decker is alive or deceased.”
The Chelat County Sheriff’s office said he continues to work with local, state and federal law partners to “coordinate continuous search efforts.”
In July, Chelan County Sheriff, Mike Morrison, told ABC News that officials are still “hopeful” to find Decker, but they know that this hunt could be a “long journey.”
“We could be in a fight for five years, 10 years, 20 years. I certainly hope we are looking a couple of weeks and closed, but it could spend a lot of time and we are committed to keeping that,” Morrison told ABC News.

The US Sheriff Service is still offering a reward of up to $ 20,000 for information that leads directly to Decker’s arrest.
The authorities said that anyone who sees Decker or knows about his whereabouts must call 911 immediately and not contact or approach him. He is currently sought by three first -degree murder positions and three kidnapping positions, authorities said.
Decker is considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.
