The judge denies the request of the Department of Justice to reveal the records of the Great Jury of Epstein

A federal judge in New York has denied the request of the Department of Justice to reveal the material of the Grand Jury of the criminal case of Jeffrey Epstein.
Wednesday’s decision marks the third and last time that a federal judge has denied the application of the Trump administration to reveal the Gran Jury materials related to Epstein, the Rico Financial and the Sexual Criminal Criminal who died for suicide in jail in 2019. The decision of the court later ends the attempt of the Doj of the Grand Jury materials in the case, through the department to start sharing other files of Epstein with the Congress later this week.
The Trump administration has been dealing with the consequences of its decision not to publish materials related to Epstein research after the setback he received from some magic supporters after he announced that additional files will not be published.
The United States District Judge, Richard Berman, abruptly criticized the Trump administration for looking for the Grand Jury’s records when the Department of Justice already has hundreds of thousands of files of files related to Epstein in his possession.
“The instantaneous motion of the Grand Jury seems to be a” deviation “of the breadth and scope of Epstein’s archives in government possession. The testimony of the grand jury is simply a fragment of rumors of the alleged behavior of Jeffrey Epstein,” he wrote.

“The full government information would better inform the public about Epstein’s case,” Berman added.
According to Berman, the Gran Jury materials are approximately 70 pages of transcripts, mainly composed of the testimony of an FBI agent that lacked direct knowledge of the case, a presentation of PowerPoint slides of exhibitions and a call record shown in the grand jury.
“The 100,000 pages of the Epstein Eclipsan files and materials the 70 odd pages of Epstein Grand July materials,” he wrote.
Judge Berman also pointed out that the Trump administration could not notice the victims enough and that the release of the records could lead to “possible threats to the safety and privacy of the victims.”
Berman presided over Epstein’s criminal case in 2019 for child sexual traffic charges and rejected Epstein’s motion to be released on bail while waiting for the trial.
