Sean ‘Diddy’ Combras Enmi’s updates: Defense challenges Ventura Friend for alleged threat

In the interrogation, a defense lawyer sought to doubt Bryana Bongolan’s story of Sean combs allegedly exploded in the house of ex -girlfriend Cassie Ventura and throwing a knife.

Bongolan testified during the interrogation that he did not know how it happened, but she testified: “I just saw what I saw.”

In response to the defense questions, Bongolan could not explain where combs supposedly found the knife and when he picked it up, or where the alleged incident occurred in the apartment.

“So, you really don’t remember this incident, right?” Said defense lawyer Nicole Westmoreland.

“I just saw the knife and the knife is returned back,” Bongolan testified.

“Didn’t you call the police?” Westmoreland asked.

“No,” Bongolan tried.

“Didn’t you leave the house?” Westmoreland asked.

“He left,” Bongolan said to the Court, referring to combs.

“You testified that Mr. combs would simply come and he would enter the house, but don’t you know how?” The defense lawyer asked.

“Yah,” Bongolan testifies.

In her implacable Cruz, Westmoreland also pointed out that what she said they were inconsistencies in the way Bongolan testified about the balcony incident, the way she spoke about federal prosecutors before the trial, and the way in which she portrays himself in her civil lawsuit.

“Did you testify today that you were sleeping and that the combs came?” Westmoreland asked.

“Yes,” Boolan testified.

“Isn’t it true that in your first interview you told the government that this was a party, not that you were sleeping?” Westmoreland asked.

“I don’t remember,” Bongolan said to the Court.

When asked to remember where he was on the balcony, Bongolan testified: “He was looking at his eyes.”

Westmoreland asked: “Do you remember to have told the government in your first interview that you looked at it and wears Mr. Combs carrying the room?” Bongolan testified that he did not remember.

Bongolan’s civil demand accuses the combs of the breasts. “Didn’t you tell the government that Mr. Comits tried to grope?” Westmoreland asked.

“I don’t remember,” Bongolan testified.

“Isn’t it true that only two days ago you don’t remember the details of the balcony accusation?” Westmoreland asked.

“I don’t remember,” Bongolan testified again.

“What drugs were you that night?” Westmoreland asked.

“I don’t remember,” Bongolan told the Court in response.

At one time, as the clock marked more than 3 in the afternoon, the usual time court was postponed, Judge Subramanian intervened, asking: “Mrs. Westmoreland, how much do you have left?”

She replied: “It will spend time.”

The court is now postponed for the day. Bana will return for more interrogation on Thursday when the Court meets at 11 am
