Florida races, Wisconsin are a possible vision of how Democrats and the Republican party could address the intermediate parts: analysis

The Supreme Court of the Democrats won in Wisconsin and the margin of Republican Victoria in the Florida races serves as a manual for the elaboration of the largest battle between Republicans and Democrats as the parties prepare for the average year.
In Wisconsin, Elon Musk’s constant presence in the race: cash gifts, campaign appearances and publications on their social networks) seem to have failed for Republicans who support the conservative judge Brad Schimel. In addition, Schimel’s conclusion with President Donald Trump in a technically non -partisan race did not succeed either.
However, the Democrats and the liberal judge Susan Crawford succeeded in making this race a referendum about the richest man in the world and gathering support in a key issue that may arise before the court: reproductive rights. In turn, voters cast votes to maintain liberal control of the highest court in the state.

If Musk continues to intervene in the elections in a similar way, the Democrats can have a winning play book to replicate. However, it remains to be seen if this loss will stimulate Republicans to distance themselves from Musk in future competitions or if Trump will be grouped into Musk’s idea as spokesman for the Maga Movement in critical careers.
And although they lost both special races in Florida, the Democrats made advances with voters in Ruby-Red’s republican grass.
The elected republican congressmen Jimmy Patronis and Randy Fine won by the margins of two digits, but compared to their predecessors, the republican couple consisting of Trump obtained victories that were much narrower.

Matt Gaetz and Mike Waltz each won by more than 30 points in November. Democratic candidates Josh Weil and Gay Valimont followed Tuesday’s winners by approximately half.
Even so, the Republicans enjoyed the victories.
“The American people sent a clear message tonight: they want elected officials who will advance in the first agenda of America of President Trump, and their votes cannot be bought by national Democrats,” said the president of the Republican Party, Michael Whatley.
While Trump promoted the power of his own support for victories.
“Trump’s support, as always, was much greater than the democratic forces of evil,” he published on social networks.
A key conclusion for the Republican Party: victories may have to be more difficult than in the past, since the anti-Trump feeling mobilizes voters in the redst areas.
The Democrats celebrated putting the Republicans in defense, they already sought to capitalize on Tuesday while looking at 2026, their next great opportunity to claim some power in a Washington led by the Republicans.
“Republicans everywhere know that a calculation is coming: Democrats are taking the majority in 2026,” said Democratic Party Ken Martin, in a statement on Tuesday. Adding a separate statement, “it is not wrong: the impulse is on our side.”
