The Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the popular resistance committees issued statements on Saturday that expressed their support for Hamas’ response to Gaza’s fire cessation, after Hamas said he was ready to free all hostages.

PIJ and RPC, both recognized as terrorist organizations in the United States, said in separate positions for telegrams that Hamas consulted on the high fire agreement proposed by President Donald Trump.

Hamas’ response, which said the group was ready to free all hostages, but that more negotiations for a complete agreement were needed, was “an expression of the position of the Palestinian resistance forces,” said PiJ.

The PRC praised the “constructive and responsible position of Hamas, on behalf of the Palestinian forces and factions.”

“The time has come to get this occupation from our land,” said the RPC. “Our people have the right to live a decent life without killing, destruction, displacement and settlement.”
