Charlie Kirk commemorative updates: Trump goes to memorial, calls Kirk ‘a great man’

Before traveling to Arizona for the Charlie Kirk monument, President Donald Trump praised him Sunday morning before addressing Marine.

“We can celebrate the life of a great man today, really a great man. He is a young man but a great man,” Trump said. “And we look forward to it. It really is. We want to see it as a moment of healing, a moment of whatever, something like that could have happened is not even credible.”

When asked what is going to tell Kirk’s wife and family, Trump said he will provide comfort.

“Well, I’m going to give you my love. There is nothing as if you can say. You talk about the great things you have done. I mean, it has been incredible. He has had a great influence for a young man who was a great job. He did a tremendous job and had control over youth because they loved him. They respected him,” Trump said.
