Four family members, including two children, were found dead in a house in New Hampshire and the police are investigating the incident as a possible murder-suicide, authorities said.
A small child was found alive and not injured in Madbury’s house, a small town in the state of the state of the state northwest of Portsmouth, according to a statement from the office of the attorney general of New Hampshire.
Police officers discovered the bodies of two adults and two children around 8:21 pm on Monday after a person called 911 reported that several people died inside the house, according to the statement.

“Each of the members of the deceased family seems to have suffered gunshot wounds, and were declared dead on the scene,” according to the authorities’ statement.
The names of the members of the deceased family are being held by the application of the Law pending autopsies scheduled for the Office of the Chief Medyer and notification of the relatives, authorities said.
The researchers said there is no known threat to the public.
“I think researchers still have more questions than they have answers,” said attached attorney Ben Agati to ABC affiliation station WMUR In Manchester, New Hampshire. “One of the most important questions they have at this time is a reason. Why? And I think that is probably one of the most difficult things that are trying to understand, to understand how it became and be able to be more definitive and understand how the sequence of events was within that house.”
