4 arrested, including 3 teenagers, in an alleged hate crime attack against transgender women: the police

Four people, including three teenagers, have been arrested in relation to an alleged hate crime attack against a transgender woman in the state of Washington, police said.

The officers arrested two of the suspects, 15 and 17 -year -old brothers, near the scene, police said. Since then, prosecutors have been accused of second degree assault and a crime of hatred in the Juvenile Court, said King County Prosecutor’s Office. During their reading charges on Friday at Clark Child and Family Justice Center in Seattle, both declared themselves innocent and ordered to remain in the electronic monitoring of the home, said the prosecutor’s office.

During his first appearance in court on Friday afternoon at the Clark Family Justice and Children Center, the judge determined that there was a probable cause for arrest for the charges and ordered that the suspect was discharged in the electronic detention of the home, according to judicial presentations.
